I recently purchased a new car and sold my junker to a family friend. Because this person cannot afford to pay everything up front, I agreed to allow him to make 4 monthly payments to me.

I want to make sure that I am covered in case he becomes delinquent in paying me.

What do I need to do to make this contract legally binding?

I do some work in a medical office, and we are encountering (at increasing numbers) patients that are going from office to office looking to fill bogus prescriptions. I'm looking for information so my staff is prepared if one of these "drug seekers" becomes a danger.

Hello,
I need to find a Guardian Ad Litem for an adult that has severe dementia. However the adult has not been legally deemed incompetent. How should I do this? Would I only need a M.D.'s letter stating he is incompetent?
I'm in California.

I am aware that a movie can be made about a true story or based on actual events and one cannot copyright the story. I am writing two scripts as of now and am aware of how difficult it is to get them made into movies. How and what legal processes do I need to do in order to make sure no one plagiarises (steals) my script ideas etc. What things need to be done to make sure no one else can use your script

I know that there are a lot of people out there who believe that O.J. Simpson really murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. However, he WAS acquitted of murder. According to a court of law, he was innocent. However, he was sued afterwards for wrongful death and was convicted. Don't get me wrong. I sympathize with the Browns and the Goldmans. However, it seems to me that the murder acquittal was somehow abrogated by the wrongful death conviction. In my view, it's almost tantamount to being charged more than once for the same crime, and that's just wrong.

Is the o.j. simpson verdict evidence of blatant racism similar to that imposed against blacks in the 1940s-1950s? In those days, whites were aquitted of murder simply because they were white. in the case of o.j. simpson, he was obviously aquitted because he was black. there couldn't have been more damning evidence against a person. with the majority of the jurors being black, were they trying to make an illegal statement be freeing a black murderer? Should jurors be investigated for illegal activity?

A man who had no idea that his girlfriend cheated on him through out the realtionship- gets a DNA test for there son and it comes back that he is not the father. He has to continue paying 1200 a month in child support- for a child he didnt produce. The mother however has the right to deny visitation because he is not the father

How can the courts allow this to continue. What if this man finds happiness with another lady and they start a family. His real children have to suffer because Daddy still has to send 1200 a month for a kid that isnt even his?

What about the REAL father- shoudnt the child have access to him? Why should he be let off the hook

The courts let woman get away with it- and its disgusting. They have lied under oath shouldnt that be cause for a punishment? What about the mental anguish this man has to suffer from being lied to. You know well if he was aware that this kid wasnt his he would of never signed a birth certificate.
