A man who had no idea that his girlfriend cheated on him through out the realtionship- gets a DNA test for there son and it comes back that he is not the father. He has to continue paying 1200 a month in child support- for a child he didnt produce. The mother however has the right to deny visitation because he is not the father

How can the courts allow this to continue. What if this man finds happiness with another lady and they start a family. His real children have to suffer because Daddy still has to send 1200 a month for a kid that isnt even his?

What about the REAL father- shoudnt the child have access to him? Why should he be let off the hook

The courts let woman get away with it- and its disgusting. They have lied under oath shouldnt that be cause for a punishment? What about the mental anguish this man has to suffer from being lied to. You know well if he was aware that this kid wasnt his he would of never signed a birth certificate.

He could try suing her in a seperate motion for the money she's collected through fraud. I'm no lawyer, but it couldn't hurt to try. Fight it!

Here is what is disgusting, and this is due to liberal judges and the feminazi movement. In an era where everyone wants to be declared equals...then why they heck is it that the responsibility for raising children is laid sqaurely on the shoulders of men?
In your situation your friend is being forced to pay for the sins of someone else, not his kid, not his responsibility. I think he should appeal the decision and maybe sue the judge on a personal level..or at the very least harass him in a legal way.
Then on the other hand..how can one child cost $1200/month to raise???? Give me a break..there needs to be a realization that the father or named father is only responsible for half of the childs expenses. In most divorce situations these punk azz judges order the father to pay half or over half of his salary to his ex- c-u-n-t to raise the children while diminishing the amount of time the father gets the kids.
So more often than not the mother uses the child support to be able to pay her rent, utilities, car payment, etc. Things to support her lifestyle..not the kids. She then gets to have more money to play with while men are struggling to barely survive.
I have friends who have been destroyed by divorces, all the while their whoring ex-wives look at the kids as a paycheck, and get to party it up on their $20k plus raises they just gave themselves.
The system is bassaackwards. I say the white male needs to stand up for himself and start demanding that our rights be observed.

Family law or child custody is always a very unique and touchy situation in court.

If the "father" is ordered to pay $1,200.00 per month for a child not his own....he can petition the court for a modification or termination. That doesn't mean the court will reverse however, it's a start!

Best bet is to contact an attorney who specializes in "family law" and seek his/her advise!

Best wishes!

I would get the best attorney I could possibly afford and at 1200 a month... that is a good atty. There is just no possible way I would pay that, nor would my husband. No way. sorry.

You are absolutely right.!!!! I would find an attorney who specializes in either family law or one who helps "dads". More and more men are winning, you just have to find the right attorney and judge. GOOD LUCK!!!
