If they are successful they might take 20-25% of the compensation awarded to you.

There are no pros. The reason it is being offered is that they want to use you and your circumstances to collect a large fee. If you have a real case, you should not have to use someone like that.

They take ages to sort your case out and the amount they get isn't usually what you'd have got if you'd gone through a Solicitor
