I am a support worker for Mentally Challenged and Elderly persons. I am very disturbed at the quality of care. During nightime hours I have observed some frightening instances such as one time and elderly was made to sleep in his own feces and urine until morning time due to lack of staffing in Nursing Home and semi Independant Living facilities. Also. from what i have witnessed there is not enough care givers to feed the clients and or patients at meal times therfore meals are being sent back and not givn to patients and or clients. What can we do as human beings to resolve such a devastaing issue?

and more about win at all costs? I don't think the founding fathers ever dreamed that one day attorneys would treat the law like a chess match against their opponent. Attorneys are more interested in winning than true justice (both prosecuting and defense). I am not saying defense attys should not defend their clients to the best of their ability, but when they are obviously guilty--why do they try to 'prove them innocent' instead of seeking JUSTICE? What can we do about it? Serious answers only please.

At work I received an inexpensive purse for doing a good job from my shift managers. While on my break I went shopping inside of the mall where I work.I went inside of a store, not knowing this is where my managers bought the purse, after purchasing a pair of shoes the lady advised me that they sell the same purses here and then accused me of stealing the purse at the store I then advised her that it was a gift from my managers and that if I stold it why would I put it on the counter. She then put my bag of shoes in the back and took me by the arm saying that I was lying and I'm not going anywhere until I showed her the receipt for the purse at the same time she continues to call me a liar. I advised her to call my store and ask my managers if they gave it to me.She kept calling me a liar and a thief and didn't let me leave Ifinally left after one of my mangers came looking for me because of me being late and telling the lady the same thingThe lady was still calling me liar What can I do

I applied for a permit for an addition to an existing garage with an existing slab attatched to the back(addition was to be the same size as existing slab). I was issued the permit but was not able to start construction within limits of permit. I had some free time and decided to try again and was told okay so I went and purchsed materials and special ordered trusses and after picking up all was told I could not do the addition. I want to return all materials and charge village for restocking charge, plus my time and mileage, plus the cost of the permit. Wisconsin, Waushara County, Village

A couple that went to high school with me were brutally murdered (I shall spare the terrible details) on Sunday and people are already speaking out against the possibility of a death penalty. How can they deny the families of the victims justice? How can anyone stand for people like this to be allowed to live?

Concerning child suport....it's strictly & entitled for my son. He deserves just that. His father is lying to the court and trying to malnipulate the system by only reporting 1 job out of the 4. Luckily, Child support enforcement of my county has his ssn and every single job...they said if he doesn't pay they will not only suspend his license, but puts liens on everything he owns and yes, in the State of California it goes on the credit report. I don't want this to happen to him, but he is doing this to himself by not supporting his son. My question is...for those that have gone through this IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA if I file for a modification to increase child support so my son gets his proper share, how is it done and what are the chances I'll get this granted? I believe if I don't do this, the only person who will lose out is my son. Not me, not his father, but our son. Why should his father cheat the system and lie and get away with it? In the long run he is cheating our son.
