Under its 1947 Charter, the CIA has NO domestic police powers.
From the New York Times today: John Radsan, an assistant general counsel at the C.I.A. from 2002 to 2004 and now a law professor at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, said, “The C.I.A. is not supposed to have any law enforcement powers, or internal security functions, so if they’ve been issuing their own national security letters, they better be able to explain how they don’t cross the line.” I thought the FBI was supposed to do this.

My former employer decided to object the decision of the ET six months after the judgment has been issued. They never tried to object it before, did not attend the Case Management nor the Hearing. They never tried to get in touch with me even after the matter went to the County Court.
Then a formal warning was sent to them about the Winding UP of their company. They have recruited solicitors and those are going to contact the ET (or already have) in relation to the appeal of the ET Judgement. The solicitors did not set aside either. Missed the offcial 21 days.

They have missed all the opportunities and the 42 days after the judgment was issued.

I believe they cannot appeal as it is simply too late. Am I right?
Many thanks in advance.

The girl who just got banned from wearing a cross on a necklace at school because it was a health and saftey hazard, and she thinks it is perfectly safe and she is banned because it is a christian symbol.

It is a health and saftey hazard, it could get caught on something and she could end up being strangled.
Sikhs are only allowed to wear a bangle because it is an almost compolsary part of their religion and they are, in some schools, asked to wear a sweat band over it.

She should not be wearing it! It is against school rules!

All hail the BNP!

How can the government deny two legal adults from getting married, just because they are the same sex? To the government marriage is just a legal contract between two people. The gender of the two adults shouldn't have anything to do with the situation.

First the doctor anaesthesized me,i screamed at my highest peak as it was very painful i tried resisting the doctors assistants but they were 15 of them 5 men on each of my legs who held my legs wide open and 5 on my upper body and my chest to hold me back.Since i was unconsolably crying and begging for it to stop the doctor decided to stuff my mouth with cotton before he removed my foreskin. Before they stuffed my mouth with cotton they made me drink some cold water. The doctor explained to my elders that during the surgery I will be fed with cold water because it helps to stop the bleeding. the doctor started cutting my foreskin i could not even scream now but no sooner did he cut my foreskin i became unconcious. Before i became unconcious i heard my elders telling the doctor to tie my hands and let the cotton be stuffed in my mouth even after the surgery was over.I have been given 15 stiches and it hurts like hell. Can you give me an email of a doctor who can help heal the wound plea?

I am moving out of my apt. in 3 months. I know the property manager generally shows the apt. within the last month or so to try to rent it. Can I legally post a sign in my apt., perhaps even framed, hanging on my wall stating my opinion of the apt. and encouraging people not to rent. I would include things such as "if you enjoy luxuries such as a good night's sleep, hot water in the shower, etc." I don't plan to use derogatory language or anything, just the facts.

I would like to know where, how I can become a sperm donor in Canada. That's the crux of the question, where in Canada, the great white north, a place that forbids monetary compensation for sperm donors, can I donate my sperm?

I am 20 year-old, healthy male, with a need to send my life-givers out there. I wouldn't be at odds with the thought that my "children" -- in terms of biology, they are quite nearly surrogate children -- would someday be able to contact me, and perhaps get to know their, ahem, father.

Which brings this question to mind, which is secondary to my first question of wanting to know where to donate, could there be some implication in the near-future of donating sperm? Such as... having to pay out of pocket for you supporting the child? You know how retroactive laws can reach nowadays, they can get you to pay for anything.

Thanks,

Av
