Injured in Tennessee March 2006, now living in Wisconsin since June 2006. What state do I file my worker comp case in?

Tennessee, since thats where you were injured.

It depends on where you were a resident when you were injured. If you were a resident of Tennessee, that's where you file your claim. If you were a resident of another state and injured while working in Tennessee, you can choose which state has the better benefits to file your claim.

Tennessee, if that's the location of your employer where you were injured. Get on the stick though, there may a time limit to file your claim. (Like 1 year...coming up fast)

I would file for it in Wisconsin. They should transfer the records from Tennessee.
