The meanest thing a GOOD person can do when she/he is feeling vengeance is SILENCE. To take the life of someone "evil" and perform own judgement is much too risky, and besides, it would be too easy of a punishment won't it..? :) If the matter can be considered as lawful issue, then I'd suggest the "victim" report it to the law enforcement and do supportive actions, but most of all, stand her ground and stop being used by ANYONE. But if it's a much too personal thing, then I'd suggest a third party call and a cold-headed discussion which hopefully would lead to the "user"s apology towards the girl.

Then she should be locked up and punished if she commits any crime against him/her.
Let's turn this around and say "If a guy feels he's been taken advantage of and wants to commit murder on his user, what then?"
Or "If a person feels they've been taken advantage of and wants to commit murder on their user, what then?"
The answer should be the same all around.
It's amazing to me that 1) women tend to think that it's okay to kill someone who has done less to them than commit murder, or feel that they have hurt them in some way, especially if that person is a man, and 2) that women can feel this way and still profess that they are the kinder, gentler and more compassionate gender.

It depends what you mean by "taken advantage of." If user has done something illegal and you think you can prove it or at least have some witnesses who will back up what you claim, contact the police! If not, I suggest you break all contact with this person, move on with your life and try to LEARN things from this experience so you can try to avoid being in this situation again.
Murder (assuming you were serious) will most likely involve jail-time (and possible death-sentence depending where you live) and a serious life-long drag on your conscience. Is what this person has done to you worth that?

Murder and revenge are always wrong. Two wrongs do not make a right. If you have been treated in an inappropriate way, inform the authorities.

I don't know, but if I ever ask you out on a date, gently tell me that you're busy!
Seriously, if she really feels that way, she should get some counseling immediately before she winds up in prison for the next 30 years.

go to the police. if you do it days after it happened they will know you planed the murder. if you had killed the person right then and there they would say it was in self defense. just go to the police and report it.

dont mess up your life because of someone else..trust me it would do you more harm than them. they die. you just go to jail to sit and rot the rest of your life. if your being taken advantage of then learn to fit and beat his ***. or get away from them. all actions have consequences.
