Your parents need legal advice on this one. I personally believe he had no right to trespass in their home, and certainly less right to use a camera/video recorder without their permission. A good solicitor would have this info thrown out of court as being inadmissable, by virtue of the legality in which it was obtained.

i feel that this is an invasion of your privacy However if he knocked on the door and you invited him in by saying come in then this is not the case let say a bailiff came to a persons house he has no right to enter unless he has the correct paperwork and you can keep him on the doorstep for as long as you wish and he must not use any force to gain access, but if you say come in he can stay as long as he wishes as it is termed as you invited him in, also if this person was filming covertly i would say this was inadmissible in court as he would need your permission however i am not sure as he has done this blaintanly so i would not say or do anything that i might regret later.......... good luck

I would think there was some sort of restraining order that you could get against him, and also if he was filming your child, then that is abuse these days.
I would seek some advice from a solicitor, I believe you can get some free advice with most these days, or else ask at your local police station or citizens advice beaureau.
I would have him barred from from your parents home, and your parents can do that as it seems to be harrassment also.
Good luck and I hope you get it sorted soon.

Let the poor bloke see his daughter and stop ganging up on him with your family. You must be worried about the evidence he's gathered to go to such lengths to get it stopped, think of your daughters right to have two loving parents and not your own self fulfilling get one over on him attitude.....leave him alone. Poor bloke, it doesn't matter what you two have done to each other let your daughter see her dad, without shouting.

Unless he had your permission to film the video would not be admissable in court.

When he pulls out the camera, stop doing ANYTHING and just sit. Say nothing, don't respond to him.It seems he did it to provoke you and you fell for it. Let him try to use it in court. It will just make him look more the fool. Good luck.

hopefully you came across in the video as irritated about him waving the camera about without permission, keeping saying stuff like "Please stop doing that", this shows that he is being unreasonable with his usage of the camara

I am not sure that he could use it, as it was taken inside your home.
Notify your solicitor of his behaviour and if necessary stop him coming into your home.

I'm not sure but if he doesn't edit it it could be used to your advantage.
