Is a registrars marriage carried out in Nigeria legal in Scotland?

Can't speak specifically for Nigeria but Ghanian, Burkinabe and Ivorian marriages are legal in Scotland so I don't see why a Nigerian one wouldn't be - provided of course that the couple were legally married in Nigeria and are able to prove it.
