Would you buy smokes for an unaged kid?
If yes, what age would you not buy for? Is 10 to young, is 13?

they steal them (from the parents or stores) or they pay a stranger 20 bucks for them.oh- and i don't by them for my 60 year old grandmother in nursing home who had cancer and gets chronic bronchitis, even though she begs me to and has the cash.

theres alot of tequniques that minors use to get cigarettes, they might have an older friend that will buy smokes for them, a bribed stranger might do it. Or They could steal them from older people. If there parents smoke they just hit the jackpot. I wouldn't buy smokes for an underaged kid, because 1. it's bad for them and could cause addiction, and 2. its not illegal i dont want to go to jail

Even after being a smoker for 10 years, I still would not buy smokes for an underage kid.

When I was in high school we would ask random people to buy them for us, until one of my friends turned 18. Now that I am older I still smoke but wouldn't buy them for anyone because it is more of a risk and plus I doubt they tip as good as we did.

It's 18 around here.

The seniors in high school who are 18.

Yes, I don't approve of anyone smoking, but if they want to I'm not going to stop them, that's their problem.

I'd probably cross the line at high school. Anyone who isn't in high school I mean.

No I wouldn't since all states are starting to crack down on it. While a 1st time wouldn't get you to jail, why risk getting a record for something stupid like that.

Also note a number of police forces are using officers to work behind store tobacco counters to arrest people on the scene.
