i saw many crazy peolpe in the steets and iam so scared of them no offence to them ut i just know that whatever they do they are not to be blamed.i heared an accident where acrazy man threw achild in fire and he wasn't charged with anything?who is the one to blamed? the crazy person who has no mind ?or who caused him to be mador the institutions that let him out because he has no money?or because they need his bed?who is the one to be blamed?

i know this 11 yr old girl who wants to come live with me and my family. her father is okay with this, she lives with him but he doesn't have legal custody. the mother does, however she is barely in the girl's life. she receives money from the government for her though and that's why she won't give her up. is there anyway that i could legally obtain custody?

i know alot of people wanna abandon welfare. but then who will feed all the kids and babies and family members is they got no money? our streets would be filled with homeless people. also if it was banned, what if u lost ur job and needed it one day? ope sorry cant no more welfare for anybody. who wants this? Our bathroom cieling is starting to grow a mold that looks verysimiliar to black mold. The bathroom is very poorly ventilated and I'm pretty sure that they used the wrong kind of drywall to prevent this kind of occurence. Three of my roommates have gotten sick with symptoms that are constant with those of black mold exposure. What should my first steps be in either filing a complaint or lawsuit on this?

soon after the respondent leaves usa on visit to relatives in foreign country,the petioner takes away all the money/belongings belonging to the respondent and issues threats to the respondent for the safety of the life if , the respondent choose to return to usa and manifest effectively the repondents inability to appear for the trial. the respondent informs the presiding judge of this happenings. The citation is served at eleventh hour knowing well of responedents limitations of money and time required to travel to usa. Even then the presiding judge gives exparty judgement as demanded by petioner, harming the repondent.It is felt that such ruling by the presiding judge is against the principal of natural jusice and is unfair by all standerds of ethics. the repondents under threat of life and lack of money. is unable to visit usa and appeal against this judgement.
what are options available? who are the officials of usa govt or lawyers who can help such victims on humanitary ground

father will not let me have any visitation with my son and he is trying to keep my from having anything to do with my son. he would not sign declaration of paternity in hospital , so the took him of the bith certificate. i am only on there.

...also, why do male teachers get treated harshly by the law for it? Shouldn't both men & women always get the same "go to jail for a looooong time" sentence for that crime?

& why is it mostly pretty white female teachers who do this? Do they think they can do anything they want because they're deemed most attractive in U.S.? The law is sure teaching them they can get away with anything. Here's the list of women:

Debra Lafave, 26, - Guilty, but doesn't go to prison. Lawyer says, she's "too pretty to go to jail," even though attractive guys get thrown in jail to be raped & killed for simple crimes every day.

Cameo Patch, 29, - 5 years prison.
Margaret De Barraicua, 30, - 5 years.
Traci Tapp, 28, - No jail time.
Nicole Andrea Barnhart, 35, -2 to 6 years.

The list goes on, it had more than 50 of these women on it, & thats just in the past few years. I learned that some of these women even physically abused the boys. Some of these women are married.

Why should we be forced to wear something on our physical beings because the government says we have to? My mom's best friend died in her car because she couldn't undo her stuck seatbelt when a truck hit her car and it exploded, also happened to my boyfriend's very good buddy, the sister watched him burn up & she couldn't do a thing. I heard there was a demonstration somewhere in Springfield to lobby for freedom of this issue? Has anyone heard this eigther?

1st off I pay my child support by the week and I have never been late. Its the 1st check I write. I recently bought some land and a new home closer to my kids. I get them every other weekend and I hate it. I want more time with them like 1 week with me and 1 week with their mom. When she found out all this she got mad and started giving me a hard time. I got served with papers last week, she is claiming that now she is working and wants an increase in child support. She also claims I am manipulating the kids to stay with me more so my child support can be lowered ( this is not true). As well as a few more outragous accusations that were pretty hurtful to me. I am a good father and want whats best for my 2 kids ( girl 8 and boy 14). I am making about 15000 more a year than when we were divorced 3 yrs ago. I got a lawyer and filed for 50/50 time with kids and decrease in support if I get them more, and a contempt charge on her for not informing me of news with the kids.What do you think?

I have a service dog, fully trained, marked with a vest, though I do not always keep it on him when in a hotel room. I recently checked into an Extended Stay, I did not speifically tell them I had a service dog, I didn't really feel a need. The clerk is stating now that he has seen me walk past with the dog I have to pay a 75.00 pet fee. I have attempted to explain that the dog is a service animal, not a pet but he claims since I did nto state that he was going to be there at checkin that I have to pay. This is breaking the law correct? I reread the American Disability Act and there is no law saying I have to notify beforehand.

I signed a purchase agreement about a month ago and the house was suppose to close two days from now. Well, i find out that the seller has to prove that the property was entrusted to him by his late parents because the brother is protesting the sale. What if he has no right to sell the house?
