i was watching cops last night and they pulled this guy over for a moving violation and he said he had diplomatic immunity so the cop said he couldn;t write him a ticket. what the freak is that?

Diplomatic immunity allows mostly foreign leaders not to be required to abide by our laws however if its something really serious like murder there home country can strip them of their immunity.

it,s a f-cked up law that allows other countries to send a-sholes here that can do what they want for the sake of commerce and industry ,. dont worry it only effects you when your dead by there hand, and only if there drunk driving at the time,, sacred law of BIG MONEY > what like we would say hi buddy your turn to break the law today your immune., b-lls-it.

It applies to all foreign diplomats and measn that they can't be charged with any crimes, though they can be expelled from the country and banned from coming back.

It's when high up officials from one country are above the law when they enter into another country. They just throw them out if it's a really violent crime.
