What should we do about paedophiles?

Apparently castration makes them worse. Life Imprisonment is an option, but why waste money. I think we should have a worldwide punishment of death. What are your opinions??

The problem with the death penalty is that it is final. Even following a conviction, it is possibly upon appeal for a person to be found not guilty. This applies to any crime.

In the case of paedophiles their sentence should be a minimum of 15 years prison.

In any event, even if a person is found not guilty on appeal, they may still face another trial for the same crime. This is now English Law.

Kill 'em. Don't care how. Chop them up into little pces turn them into some sort of fuel and make good use of whats left. slowly submerge them into a vat of acid. Burn 'em at the stake, I don;t really care, but monsters this evil should be removed fro the face of the planet.

These people do NOT deserve to be protected by human rights. They cannot be classed as human (or animals).

Oh and if there are any human rights activists who think it is down to "a bad childhood" think how bad a childhood the victims are going to have, and adulthood for that matter.

Only shoot them as practice for the military, as otherwise it would be a waste of bullets.

Castrate them, then Hang Draw and Quarter them. That should be just punishment, as long as the Human rights police don't get in the way, they may still class these monsters as "human", although nobody else does.

Good question, and difficult to answer:
the desire for revenge says to castrate them but, realistically, if someone is predisposed to acts of cruelty or violence then they will continue to do so. The problem is in the brain, what they are reacting to and what stimulates them. Therefore, perhaps some form of mental training, like hypnotism, could 're-wire' their brains to normality, or some form of shock treatment. But it doesn't matter what you do to their bodies - if they have to desire to hurt or violate then they will continue to do so so they must either be confined in prison, which violates their human rights, or undergo some brain-washing or treatment.

Then lobotomise their brains so they have no urges left, then cut their arms off so they cannot harm or touch children again, chemically blind them so they can't look at internet child porn then cut their legs off so they can't run after children then and only then brand them with a hot iron. I totally agree with you but it's not going to happen because of all the do-gooders out there. I don't mind paying taxes to build them centres and house them until they die in there. It's been proved time and time again that they can't be reformed so why aren't they locked up til death gets them?

Theyre a complete waste of life, line them up for the firing squad or use them to retrive bombs in cases of bomb scares, no one would care if they got blasted and innocent police officers lives could be saved!!
