For the past 2 years I have been paying 31.40 each month for my birth conrtol pills because my insurance supposedly didn't cover it. I recently switched my prescription over to a pharmacy closer to where I live. My co-pay is only $5. The pharmacist said that the other pharmacy must not have submitted it to my insurance company so that is why I have been paying out of pocket for it.They had my insurance info because I had other prescriptions filled there before. I am so annoyed right now because over the course of 2 years I have paid around $750 when I should have only had to pay $120, Can I be reimbursed for this?

Okay my husband signed a lease that says we can't have a loaded gun in our apartment. But what are we supposed to do for saftey? I sleep alone, cause he works nights. Having a loaded gun made me feel safe, so what am I supposed to do if someone ever breakes in? We don't exactly live in the best neighborhood. Is it even legal for they to tell us what to do like that? Also what if my husband gets his conceal carry permit? Then what? Can they evict us if they find out that we have the loaded gun? I have a solicitor to sort out an personal injury claim that started in mid July but after I'd seen him for the 2nd (or 3rd, cant remember) time I received a letter the he sent and also what the fees he charges at per hour.

Should the solicitor have received this after the initial free interview I was given instead of 3 months after it or can they send it at anytime??

Okay, three years ago, if you were found having anal sex (with any sex) in the state of Idaho, you could be charged with a felony and face 5 to life in prision. In Alabama a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment and $2000 fine. In Mississippi a felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment. Other states had simaliar punishments, including 1-5 years imprisionment.

Imagine that. Now, do you still believe you should do the time if you do the crime?

For those of you that have no pity or regard for those of us that make mistakes, think about what you do or did that was against the law and you simply just got away with it. Think about the people that use drugs, a life choice like anal sex. Should you try to justify any crime that doesn't hurt anyone else?

The pic in my last Q proved this point. Ferel cats are caught and neutered to prevent unwanted litters, why isnt the same done with chavs to prevent their ferel offspring being turfed out on to the street to terrorise grannys and steal your phone? I was arrested and charged with assault when i answered police bail four weeks later i was charged with common assault and given a court date. At the magistrates court the case was adjourned for three weeks as my solicitor did not show. How can i obtain the tapes from my interveiw and the statements of others that are held about me? There are no witnesses and no CCTV to clear me so what can i do?

I moved to a bad part of town here for college and am considering carrying a collapsible baton. Ialso regularly may carry around a 3" pocket knife for protection when walking around at night. However, I am concerned that the local police may pinch me for carrying a concealed weapon. Does carrying a baton or knife constitute a concealed weapon? Or rather, I should ask, what is the legality of carrying one of these objects?
