you can get something notarized at a bank. Mine does it for free for their customers but take your ID and whatever paper you need notarized

How To Notarize Something

Did you really win? Or is this a scam to get your personal details? I would be VERY wary of such a scheme. Did you pay to enter this competition? If not, I would strongly recommend ignoring this.

If the affidavit requires you to supply social security number, or bank details, DO NOT SIGN - it IS a scam. It's illegal to require your social security number.

If you want to get a document notarized, you have to take it to a notary public (try your bank or look in the phone book) and sign the document in their presence. You will also have to show ID to the notary.

The cost of notary services is limited by state laws; typically just a few dollars per document.

Most post offices and/ore court houses have a notary public which will chrage you a minimal fees for notorizing. If you have an office job, most businesses keep a notary on hand as well.

Most banks offer this service to account holders.

Internet scams can get you in a lot of trouble very quickly..... make sure of the validity of your winnings before you send any important information.

Congratulations!!!
