I got one to checkout an they said they couldn't sell them for a week but I know they was selling them last night. The lady to the register said she sold one.

If they had them on the floor, then they are selling them, and you should have been able to buy one.

If it was in customers reach on the shelves then yes you can sue.Think hard of how you want to word your decrimination case.Just dont say she would not sell it to you.You should of got in writing from the manager that the game can not be sold.Good luck.

Not unless you can show that the only reason they didn't sell it to you was because of the color of your skin!!!! If you can't prove that then you are out of luck!!! They can refuse service to anyone for any reason other than the color of your skin.

Did they not sell you because you were black or asian or some other ethnicity?

If the answer is no than you can't. A business can refuse service unless that refusal is based on some protected minority status.

If you had access to them, they should have sold it to you. But you should have grabbed it and ran like hell out the door.
