Preparing for a custody dispute with my sons mother...she has opened by denying most of the things that she has said in telephone discussions in the past.

Wireless providers do not keep transcripts or recordings of phone calls placed or received by their customers.

The closest you are going to come to proving your suspicions is by questioning your ex, or the party she was talking to, while they are under oath.

They wouldn't have transcripts of your conversations as they don't listen / record an individual's conversations. They only record when you call into the call center and speak with their reps. They could give you a call history who called who and when with a supoena. They may also be able to get you any Text Messaging history (including actual messages).
