how do i go about getting a restraint order issued against a psycotic ex husband (not mine i am a bloke, i'm looking for information for a friend) and where can i get more information about this. any web links ext would be really appreciated.

What on earth is "oh dear, oh dear "poor me" supposed to mean?? I think you need to lay of the smack for a while try valium instead!

Your friend has to keep an incident diary and see a solicitor and the local police, they will advice her on how to ahead.
It will help her case if she has a credible witness to any assault who is prepared to gove a statement and appear in court.

Perhaps Yahoo should get a Restraining order against you . Have you got a Stutter or are you just a NUTTER
