Such cases are occasionally alleged but rarely true. The statistics are, in any case, against you and democratic legislators nearly everywhere have found intolerable the social cost of making belts optional.
Whatever the merits of your arguument it doesn't reach, in law, to the level of civil or (more accurately) human rights. The very few handicapped persons whom it would affect are catered for. The current argument is over public transport, and school buses.

Its not a violation of our civil rights, and besides. If there wasn't the seatbelt laws and your mom's friend and your boyfriend's buddy got into the accident, they would've still died, BECAUSE the Impact is very hard and damaging. The reason we have seatbelt is that when someone got into a car crash, the seatbelt will stop the person body from smacking their head on the dashboard or even out of the window.
The incident you told, the seatbelt could've been jammed

I am truly sorry for your loss. The seatbelt is what saved my life and my face from severe fracture. My head didn't go through the windshield. There is a special tool to buy, which I am going to buy that cut the seatbelt loose. You put in under the seat with an easy manuel strap, so after the accident, you just put your hand beneath the seat and yank out the tool to cut the seat belt off.

My life has been saved two times because of the fact i substitute into donning my seat belt. I even have been to 1000's of injuries the place the injuries could have been lots worse with out seat belts. I even have attended particularly some fatalities concerning autos the place the guy could have walked away if he/she could have been donning their seat belt. After ten years as a police officer I even have yet to run into one occasion the place a seat belt substitute into the reason for somebody's death. Seat belts do not suddenly "fail" in an twist of fate. you in basic terms attain over and unclip it. i understand that while you're panicking it may be complicated, yet I doubt that there are a number of deaths the place the reason substitute right into a defective seat belt. could you enter a lottery the place you had a ninety 9.ninety 9% probability of wining? of path you may. the possibilities of being killed because of the fact of a seat belt are astronomically small. i will proceed to play those odds. to no count if the state has authority to tension you to positioned on one? Roads are publicly owned and ruled (with the aid of human beings we pick) do not choose to positioned on a seat belt do not use the known public roads. If adequate human beings celebration and decide for somebody who will substitute the regulation then it is going to likely get replaced. there's a competent reason it hasn't, seat belts save lives.

There is no civil right involved in wearing a seat belt. It is a law which we as responsible citizens are expected to obey. Your chance of being in a fiery crash is probably less than winning the lottery, which would be preferable. This is not to say that some laws are not bad laws but in this case since driving is considered a privilege, licensed by the state we are obliged to follow the rules ,unless you stubbornly refuse and than suffer the consequence.

Sorry to hear about that but I think they save far more lives than are lost.
But you know, in life things happen regardless of any precautions we take. It's fate and be sure we are not in control here. Look to the future & don't waste life looking back & asking "what if" or saying "if only i had done so & so."

Seatbelt law must be subjected to a further study in order to determine whether it is more safe for motorists after the impact.

Yes, it's a violation of our civil rights. You should have the right to live or die as a crash test dummy if you choose.

wearing sweatbelts is for protetion of our selves in a car in the case of accident but sometimes it is the cause of death to any one inside a car. for me before entering a car you should carry a swiss knife besides you or inside your bag for preparation of the scene of accident that you are confronting to. this knife could help you if your belt in the car is stock or it can't be open.
