I have a Siberian Husky and a Black Lab mix (don't know what she is mixed with).

The husky has been having diarrhea for a long time, before we even got him (one of the reasons he was given to us I believe). It isn't every single day but a couple times a week.

Our lab mix dog has been vomiting yellow ick. Not every single day but again, couple times a week.

They have both been to the vet and the vet said they were fine.

I find it hard to believe my 2 sick dogs are "fine".

Any suggestions?

My dog is 2 yrs old.
She is a Korean Jindo Dog. (known to be VERY fast and good in hunting; is very alert and is a good guard dog.)
She lives outside and HAS chew toy; rawhide, and some tennis balls. She likes being petted while she's eating or drinking water. She knows sit, down, up, high five, cheer, turn, get the ball, and jump.

She bites, not for-stitches hard but hard enough to make your bleed.

she NEVER growled or bit when we picked up a treat she was failing to rip apart but now she gives those threatening growls and those warning bites (the ones that just lets you feel that she bit you, no mark, no blood.)

i know that dogs that were taken from their mothers earlier have a greater chance of biting- (got my dog when she was 6wks old.)
she even bit her old owner!

she's blinded by anger or fear and runs away when she realizes what she've done.

how can i stop her from biting? (i know i made a question like this, but there were some things i did not add.)
NOTE: she's not a pup

i was thinking about getting a border collie (personly ive had my eye on this breed for a long time), i will have at least an acre fir my dog(s) to run up and down on, and when i get back from school i will groom it, play with it, and take it for at least an hour walk every day. i will feed it in the morning and i get home in the aftenoon so i will leave lots of water and food for it untill i get home, and if it needs something before i get home, my mom will take care of it.

i was all so thinking about getting a golden, sheltie, or a australian shepherd, but are they good choises to?

My ex-husband has always had an explosive temper and it has recently lead to the impounding of our dog (she has been living with him since he won her in the divorce but i still consider her partly mine). He was drunk when he went to punish her for "messing" in the house. She bit him and he proceded to beat her. Concerned neighbors called the police and she was taken into custody. He is now giving her up to the shelter and because he says it will put our son in danger is refusing to let me take her. I firmly believe the dog is not a danger to anyone but him but he will not admit it because that would mean he is the one at fault here. If anyone has any ideas or advise I would love to hear from you.

What are they looking for in a police dog?

I had a year old German Shepherd dog which I've had to re-home for many reasons (nothing to do with the dog, it's been heartbreaking to see him go). I contacted the police force first, and they came to see him, liked him and took him away for testing. I'm just wondering what they are looking for in him, just so I can assess the chances of him getting in or not!? If he doesn't, then he'll be returned to me, and I miss him so much, that I now wish he would come home, but deep down know that a life in the force would be great for him.

Has anyone "donated" their dog to the police and it's gone on to be a police dog? Equally, has anyone "donated" their dog and had it returned because it wasn't good enough?

What is the process?

When I left my book outside, I went back out there and he was chewing it up. I always tell him "no" or "bad dog, don't do that". I don't yell at him but I tell him. If there is a soultion to this pease tell me.
