If the dog is under 9 months old, than the other ear may stand, it may stay the way it is now, or the standing one may fall. You never know for sure with mixed breeds, so it could go either way. If the dog is over 9 months than the ears are probably the way they will stay.

Chihuahua is how it is spelled.

It's chihuahua. Ears don't stand at birth. They often start going up between four weeks and twelve weeks. Ears often go up and down during the teething phase and stand completely when it is over. If both of her ears were standing at one point, they will likely go up again. You can help them go up by giving her something tough to teeth on or giving her some NutriCal. Personally, I don't use supplements but I have heard good things about that supplement helping ears stand. There isn't much you can do to keep them down and I wouldn't mess with Mother Nature. Let her ears do what they will do. Because your dog is a mix, one or both may stand or drop. It would really depend on the genes she received.

Chihuahua. Mixed breed dogs ears are funny, my dogs ears changed 4-5 times before they finally picked a place to stay, but if you want to bring the other one down, you can tape a quarter to the tip of the standing ear and keep one there for a couple of weeks to train the ear to go down.

Chihuahua. Actually not all chihuahua's have ears that stand up. I have 2 chihuahua's, one is short haired with ears that stand up and one is long haired with floppy ears...but the ones with ears that stand up definitely give them more of that traditional chihuahua look.

I prefer hair which is shoulder length or longer, As well as since that men who like ladies are more often then not straight, they like long hair because that looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.
