Visit a rescue group. The majority of the people you will buy a pit bull from will be dishonest immoral morons just breeding to make money. You don't want to support this. Instead, help by rescuing a pit that needs a home. The estimate is that at least a million pits are killed each year in shelters. Don't contribute to this by using a bad breeder. Rescue or buy from a responsible breeder.

Good luck to you and I hope you make a responsible decision. : )

You should go to the nearest Animal shelter and adopt a dog that will die if he or she doesnt get adopted. It is wrong to buy a puppy
when there are already to many dogs being killed everday because nobody wants them, There is nothing wrong with them
and all of them must pass a temperment test so they are all good dogs that would make wonderful pets.
Unfortunatly most will be put down because no one wants them.

Try looking on http://www.petfinder.com/ It lists dogs in shelters, and you can search for a certain breed, size, age, and gender of dog in your area. Good Luck with your search. I recently adopted a 1 year old pit bull, and she is SUCH a good dog.
