Is this bad? What could be causing it? Should my friend seek treatment for the puppy?

My friend is trying to get her dog's puppies ready to go to new homes, and would like to have them paper trained first. She doesn't want to do anything that would cause them to have aggressive behavior because they are already "naturally aggressive" due to their breed. What is the best way to train them?

Is there anything else she can add to the diet to help them to gain weight? I have heard of feeding them eggs both for the protien and to help their coat, but are there any other foods that will help put weight on them quickly?

I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rotwieler cross 6 month old puppy. The vets will only recommend Science Plan large breed puppy food but both a sheep dog trainer and the kennels think that 29% is too high for protein content. We've told the vet this and they are still convinced the food is the best dry food we can feed him. Who is correct?

Your wife has been kidnapped! (For the rest of the question I will assume that you are devastated)...The kidnappers seem to be your neighbours cos they have sent a note asking you to kill off your pet bull terrier, cos it keeps pissing on their lawn...or else, they get rid of you-know-who.....What would you do? The police tells you to let the beech die. You ask which one.....Which one would be your choice?

I have a Siberian Husky puppy and cannot go outside with him because most of my family is sick and it is too slippery. I do not have a fenced in yard either. What are some physical activities we can do inside? Oh, I also have a pretty big living room, if that helps.

Friend has a 4 mo doberman pup. Came from the breeder with her ears cropped. They have been taping and posting since Dec, and still having trouble getting them to stand. One wants to flop down (stands when alerted only) and the other flips over the top of her head. I've tried to tell them it could take MONTHS of taping and posting, but they are getting fed up and are considering trying implants. I've never dealt with ears that came cropped, I prefer to handle them from day 1. Any suggestions that might help them would be greatly appreciated.

He had an upset stomach when we got him. So we fed him a bland diet, which sorted the problem, but now we've been told to introduce tinned or dried puppy food into his diet, but he won't touch it. He was underweight when we got him, now he's lovely and stocky. I don't want him to lose weight again, but should I not give in to his fussiness and make him adjust to the puppy tinned stuff when he's really hungry or give him what he wants. Sorry to be so long winded.

Since being desexed nearly 12 months ago, my foxie has ballooned in size. She huffs and puffs a lot and has trouble getting up to her favourite chair. Do you have a recipe that can actually help her loose weight? She is only 7 years old.

Ok well i rescued 2 stray puppies a couple of days ago. the thing is they want to do everything together. you can't keep them apart even for a second! when i try to feed the pups by giving them seperate bowls and a divider between them, they eat in their own dish for awhile, then start coming to nip at each others dish. when i do give them the chow to eat in the same bowl, they start growling and barking at each other ferociously until one wins and they eat up everything while the other looks on, defeated, and don't get anything to eat!
when i let one puppy out of the cage (its more of a fenced up place which is about 5 x 3 m), the other whines constantly, EVEN if there is food and treats and all goodies for each other.
how can i seperate them to feed them at least? or should i just feed them in a large bowl. is it good to train them like this? wouldn't there be complications later when they're bigger dogs too? plus each won't be getting equal proportions.

i got scratches from my dog two weeks ago before he was diagnosed of rabies...but at first i just thought it was just a simple case of poisoning that causes his seizures, so i still kept my dog until yesterday just after another petit seizure attack he's disoriented and jumped off from my fifth floor apartment...it was too late. is it possible that i'm infected even though he licked my face just the day before he died? is it possible that rabies can transfer to humans even before he manifest the early symptoms (like i got scratches two weeks before the symptoms)?

Our landlord has a little dog who is a very very loveable dog, she can wag her tail soooo much she is so sweet. We live in spain and animal care isnt so good here. yesterday she was foaming at the mouth and she was making these sucky like sounds, i was worried about her so i told the landlords wife but she said theres nothing wrong with her. Today she is looking alot worse, she can bearly wag her tail and she keeps her head down all the time. Ive got a spinger spaniel, they play together alot because the landlord is on the same plot as us. The little dog came and put her paw in my dogs bowl, she HATES water but she started scraching the bottom of the bowl. This morning there was a pile of red spit on the floor. Oh yea i forgot to tell you that the little dog is pregnant. Im worried about my dog cos the little one might give my dog an infection. I cant take her to the vet cos ive got no money. and the landlord wont take her to the vet cos he doesn't really like animals.
WHAT DO I DO??
