Right now I'm debating between long haired Chihuahua, Teacup Chihuahua, Pug, and Corgi. I want to know what YOU think.

pug or corgi.
You don't want a Chihuahua. My neighbor has one and they have the most horrible personality.

I'd say the corgi also. Who can resist those tall, pointy ears and that short little body with those short little legs? And boy can they run fast! The LH Chi. has a bit uf up upkeep with grooming the long hair. It can matt\tangle\knot easily. Its going to need brushing every day, or groomers will have to shave it all off. A Pug is ok, I do admire their stuborness, and independednt nature and they tend to be a bit "snooty" or "naughty" at times. Owners should be firm with them from the very beginning, or they will run the house! And with that face they do have all sorts of health concerns. Pug mouths tend to have a lot of teeth in a small space and they grow crowded and crooked. It is hard to visualize the teeth, let alone brush them, but you should try and do your best. Your vet may have some products that are easy to use and pointers on keeping the teeth nice. Getting your Pug to chew on nylabones or other special bones can help keep the amount of tartar down and there are special foods made to help as well. Pugs can and do have trouble breathing, especially if there is high heat and humidity. They will pass out from heat exaustion. They must be kept cool and exercised with caution in the summer. Part of the short-faced or brachycephalic syndrome can involve having pinched nostrils and an elongated soft palate. Your vet will need to examine your Pug to see if the nostrils are too tight to let air flow freely. There is a surgery to correct this problem. If you notice your Pug snoring excessively or gasping to breathe, it could be that his soft palate (at the back of his mouth) is too long and is in the way. Again, there is a surgery to help correct this problem. While overheating is the biggest weather-related problem, Pugs should also not be exposed for very cold temperatures for long periods of time. They were bred to be housedogs and companions.

And as far as Teacups anyhtings go, it doesn't exist truthfully. Breeders charge out the Wazoo for these itty bitty things. No dog can possibly be that small and be very healthy. Their bodies are to small for normal organs on the inside, their bones are fragle, and when they start loosing their baby teeth and new adult teeth start growing in, their is no room in the mouth for them to grow and they get crooked and rotten and fall out eventually. This Costs all sorts of dental problems and money for you. They tend to also have problems reguarding their blood sugar levels which may cause seizures and even death. Often they live a few months or even years and owners wake up one morning to discover their beloved chihuahua died of sudden heart or organ faliure! :( Poor Dogs...its just not fair to let them suffer and have such a short and painful life. If you ask me this is where the real animal crulety starts.

Personally I think that short haired Yorkshire Terriers and Cockapoos are the cutest dogs ever especially when they are puppies but out of your dogs I would pick the Teacup Chihuahua.

Not on your list: Teacup terrier http://images.google.com/images?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q=teacup%20terrier&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi
A friend has a 4-year old teacup terrier - still looks like puppy!

On your list: pug or corgi
The pug has personality. Corgi is cute in a typical way. I'd go corgi.

Corgi but they get bigger then the rest, if you want the small dog I would go with the Pug.

My boyfriend has a Corgi and it is the most loving dog! Even though it's bark could nail a hole in your head!
