Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my girl? She's been going around the house all day and gathering stuffed animals. She made some sort of nest thing in the dirty laundry hamper and seems to think these things are puppies. She does this every once in a while and the vet says not to worry, but she's getting aggresive with people who enter the room she's in.

My 6 year old Chihuawuas are tearing up our new yard (we just moved). They eat the dirt and the grass and wont stop. Are they missing certain nutrients in their food? We started giving them senior vitamins. But they are eating more dirt than dog food? Can someone please tell me what to do?? They are literally eating all of our dirt and mud!!

Do you think it's right to just buy a dog and tie it to a tree with no shelter and not fed and watered properly? Also people just get dogs for breeding and keep alot of the same breed in the same cage the size of a rabbit cage. And when they get tired of having the same breed they just sell or uthinize them. My mom knows a guy who was breeding all kinds of dogs and kept them in cages the size for rabbits. He had schipperke's and just got tired of them and says he didn't make enough money off of them so if he didn't find them homes he would uthinize them!!!!Poor dogs. But he only had 1 male and 2 females and someone took the boy and we took a tiny little girl who's brown and 3.Then someone else took the last girl and gave her back because she wouldn't eat!So he was going to uthinize her but my mom (even though she didn't want to) took her and we're fostering her till we find her a good home. Now don't you think it's wrong to do what I just said.

My husband is worried our dog will forget him while he's away at boot camp/tech school for 5 months..
I keep assuring him that dogs remember people way too well..

This is true correct?
Do you think he will have a difficult time adjusting when my husband is back, is there such a thing as that??
I know I will have my hands full with our 3 year old while he's gone, then home again.

I try to keep him comfortiable in his kennel. The kennel has a plastic pan on the bottom, we keep him in the garage so i figure
being that it is cold out he could stay warm. but everything we put in the cage he tears it up.please help this is getting expensive, buying bedings.

i can see it working theoreticly, but is it safe ? also be advised before i get a ton of answers that make work fine in the real world back in the U.S.A. im in mexico and things are about as backwards and disfunctional as they get here. besides i dont have a ton of money to pay for a real vet. im pretty handy with a needle and thread if thats what it comes down to. i mean we're talking about a dog from tijuana here.

Uhh..Okay. My dog had puppies not to long ago, and I think they're either 4 or 5 weeks old now, and they picked up a habit of cleaning each other off..And I'm not really talking about fur. Are they supposed to lick each other there? I'm just curious because I've never raised puppies before.
