I would take her to the vet. I do know that during pregnancy the fetus will push on the bladder making water leak, but thats in humans. I am sure it is the same for dogs. My dog didn't act like she was going to have her puppies and then all of a sudden she was running around and they started to be birthed. If she is close to giving birth I would probably wait but I wouldn't wait to long. Congrats on the puppies

Take her to a vet immediately, if she hasn't started delivering pups in the first couple of hours of labor. She could have a breech pup that's blocking the way. You could lose the entire litter and momma if you wait too long. Blockages are especially prevalent in large headed breeds such as bulldogs. Hope this helps.
Best of luck and congratulations,

No worries, she knows what to do. The only thing that you need to do is monitor her when she does go into labor. Give your vet a call and let them know that you might be getting more pups soon.

YEP sounds like puppies on the way. try to give her a quited place to nest she will know what to do. what kind of dog? My cocker spaniel had 3 litters its kinda scarry at first but her instincs will kick in. When she starts to deliver make sure she gets all the sack off the pups face so it can breath... I lost a pup this way it was sad Good luck
