Back in August a I bought a puppy from a breeder who bred a full bred Austrail Cattle Dog with a full bred Rottweiler. I paid quite a bit of money for her and when I got her she looked exactly like a Rottweiler and she was only going to grow to the size of 50lb's. She's gorgeous and the perfect size, her looks exactly like a Rottweiler, her facial features are a bit off and look her snout looks more like a cattle dog but aside from that she's just what I wanted. Is there any health issues I should be prepared for as she gets old and since she's been bred down will that be problematic as well?

I took my puppy to be neutered there. At lunch time I checked my cell phone for calls and saw I had 11 missed called from them. They said that they put my puppy under anesthesia but then found out that he's testicles haven't dropped. I called around to 3 other vets and spoke the vets personally they said it should be pretty visible( I always wondered why I couldn't see his testicle). My vet never mentioned it( I'm firing him, he's rude) Either way they are charging me $40 for the anesthesia. I know that stuff is expensive but he didnt get to benefit from it because of their mistake. They could do the two surgeries he would of needed today. Now I can't get it down for 2 more weeks.

So do you think its right for them to charge me for anesthesia for something other vets say it could of been visually examined? And when do testicles for dogs usually drop??

I am worried that these dogs are know to be a jealous! & only stick to one person! thus becoming snappy! is this true or not? i dont fancy a dog inbetween me & my wife in bed at night!! :-)

Looking for easy to breed dogs that will also make good pets, will be easy to sell the pups and get a decent ammount of money from.

Also what age do dogs become able to reporduce?

Any more important things I should know or look out for?

Thanks.

and becuase she has no push, she needs help getting up. Once up she can hobble around. She got up twice on her own, shaking violently each time. She will eat treats and ate a few mouthfuls earlier, and drank some water.

She seemed to have very stiff back legs two days ago; we assumed it was becuase we had walked her for too long. The extreme hurt/weakness/stifness of legs only started this morning at 6:00. So she's had semi-symtoms for three days, and these for 12 hours.

What could this be? Feel free to ask clarifying questions.

What do we need to do? Should we encourage her to walk as much as she can? Should we encourage her to lie down?

Our vet told us previously that one baby aspirin was fine, and we have given her one every 12 hours.

SHe is a spaniel-beagle mix, old (10, or 11 we adopted her a year ago) 32 pounds.

Thankyou so much.

I have a 10 week old boxer pup and have recieved a lot of suggestions on putting some peanut butter in his kong toy to help with crate training. Is he too young to have a little each day, or is it fine? I have read a lot of conflicting information.
