She might be finished at that point most likely. You just want to make sure your dog has eliminated and done her business before you go back inside. You might also want to wait until your comfortable to go back inside and not have the dog control you.
I know my dog goes outside and pee and then wants to go back in after; however I keep her out until she has completely finished her business. I don't allow her to go back when she wnats simply because if I do that then I end up finding her eliminating again on my floor.

Because she is a dog and they sometimes do strange things. Just dont take her back whe she wants to go, wait a couple min. first. It is a very bad habbit to let the dog make the decisions.

well.....its because your dog tired and mabey the dogs already done its job and it may want to go to a diffrent place for a walk
