he runs for hours when we go riding our horses he ciculs us and never gets tired.nomader what time of day or night you walk out the door he wakes up and when ever u drive down the drive way he sprints along the car to keep up he is even getting old and no losind energy.why

You didn't mention the breed, but some dogs are just like that. It doesn't matter how much exercise my JRT mix gets, if the door opens he's ready to go. It doesn't matter how tired he is either. It's more exciting to run and smell new things then it is to sleep...
Your dog will sleep when it needs to.
Sounds like it gets lots of exercise though....good for you!

Depends on how old the dog is. If it is less than 7 yrs. old they tend to still be active. A dog's diet also plays a part in how active the dog is.
