Hi All,

Our little Buddha wants to go outside ...

Got a collar and lead line to keep him contained in our small condo yard.

But he always seems to squirm out of his collar and BOLT!

I don't want to lose our kitty, but I do want him to enjoy fresh air, birdies and some green grass.

Any thoughts or suggestions ... I do want him to enjoy the outdoors ... has anyone dealt with this situation and what did you do?

Thanks a bunch

my friend used to blow weed smoke into my cat's face. all he does now is sit around and stare at things move across the ceiling that aren't really there. i can't leave a bag of chips out or he will eat the whole damn thing. yesterday i came home from school and all my cd's were spread out on the floor and he was laying all sprawled out on his back, listening to "lively up yourself" by bob marley. i already told my friend to never blow weed smoke into my cat's face again, but i think my cat is ruined. he's like this giant loser now. is there anything i can do to get him back to normal?

Cats dont have to work for their food anymore, they are only here because we used them for vermin control, BAN the cat food at the supermarkets and get them to start working for their food again. I hate seeing these adverts on TV where the Lady has obvious OCD issues and is treating the Cat like a human baby, fussing over them with little tins of gourmet food. Damnit these cats eat better than homeless people, shame on you all.

he wont get all scraped up. I just spent $125 on him at the vet and she said he may not get better but he is not in any pain. I do not have much money to spend so I need an inexpensive solution. Please I welcome your ideas. I want to make my cat as comfortable as I can

This box has a pull out tray that separates the clumps from the clean litter by rolling the box back and forth.

Sounds like a great product, but I'm wondering if you have any reviews on it.

I have 2 girls aged 11 months and a boy aged 9 months. They are out all day and in at night, but don't tend to use the tray at night.
Can anyone give any suggestions?

We have emptied the litter tray and put a bit of it outside, but they still come back in to go to the toilet. I am a bit worried about just removing the tray suddenly, although i could just put it down at night time when they are in.

Help !!!?

Thanks!

She's 3 - 4 years of age. My cats do have it but have not been active. My question is - did she have this prior to coming to my house or did she come down with it while she's been here? I do realize feline herpes is a latent virus but the duration and non-active state my cats are in makes me wonder if it was something she brought with her.

I have a 5 month domestic shorthair kitten who used to "cry" all the time. She meowed when I talked to her as if in conversation and meowed when she wanted to play, etc. We just had our 2 kittens spayed, and now she doesn't meow anymore. She opens her mouth as if to meow, but nothing comes out. She seems to be acting like normal otherwise. Our other kitten's meow seems the same as before the surgery. Any thoughts?

I have noticed recently that my cat has a routine in the morning and at night. I go to bed around 10-10:30 and he comes in and lies down in my bed and goes to sleep at around 11:00. Then at 5:00 in the morning, he wakes up and goes downstairs and sleeps on the couch. Then at 6:00 he sits in front of my mom's bedroom door and waits for her to wake up and come out to feed him. My sister says when we are gone, he takes a nap at the same time everyday and he always meets me at the door when i come home! Does anyone elses cat do this? Is it normal?

Normal bun, elevated creatinine? Does anyone know?
Does anyone know what (besides the diagnosis of chronic renal failure, crf) could be causing my cats creatinine level to rise but his bun level to stay normal? I want to know if creatinine could signal anything else besides renal failure. Is it possible that it could be something else?

I have a 7 month old kitten.. I was wondering approximately how much should she weigh. She is 9-10 lbs. Physically she looks good, except for the kitty tummy. And here’s my dilemma. I also have two other older cats (on the brink of elderly) living in the house. The two are allowed to eat at free will and need to have their food on the floor. (they don’t get that much) My kitten likes to munch on their food, but I still feel like she should be getting at least some of her kitten food for the protein. So really how much should a 7 month old kitten weigh?
