It probably won't harm her and to be on the safe side you can bathe a kitten in Dawn dish soap which will do the job or cleaning her up just as well. Baby shampoo would also be a better choice as it won't burn her eyes should any soap get there by accident.

It is not a good idea to use human shampoos on cats/kittens, dogs/puppies. The Ph is different and can actually cause dry itchy flaky skin, which can lead to skin infections. I would just brush the kitten for now to get the dirt out of her fur.

NO! shampoo and other things like that could kill your kitten. If you must clean her/him ask a vet for a special cleaner made for cats and kittens. Also, dont use dog shampoos, which could also put a kitten's life at risk. Until you can visit a vet, use water and just water. good luck!

Don't use human shampoo on a pet unless it is baby shampoo! Use a shampoo specially designed for cats, or, as I said above, baby shampoo.

He should be fine. I use regular shampoo on my cat and dog all the time. If he starts itching real bad or acts like he is in pain then you should worry

you should only use "cat" shampoo sold at stores. Human shampoo is too harsh on them and might contain chemicals that could be harmful to kitty!

You should buy a cat shampoo because if it gets in her eye it will burn.

Brushing her would be your best best. You do not need to wash kittens, nor cats for that matter.
