Cutting off the whiskers is cruel! Not feeding is cruel! Whipping Is Cruel! Some cat's are talkative! I have one who meows 24/7. She might be in heat if this just started or only happens at certain times. My cat's a male so his excuse isn't being in heat he's just talkative. It can be a sign of pain. Take your cat to the vet and feed it right, don't whip it. That might solve your problem.

Yeah he may be hurt hungry or thirsty, If he is sitting by a door try letting him in if he is following you and meowing he might want attention. Try changing his food and water first. If he doesn't quit then, try opening the doors in the house. If he keeps meowing check him over. If he keeps meowing let him outside, if he doesn't want outside play a game with him. If that doesnt work clean out his litter box. If he's still meowing call the vet. Good luck.

like W@W.
srry, but you shouldn't be starving your cat, that will make the meowing louder, that won't stop it. What you are doing to this cat is not good. The cat could be in pain, and sadly you aren't
helping it. Is she spayed? Female cats sometimes keep meowing when in heat. It could be a number of things.
It could just be hungry!
But whipping her, starving her, etc. Is not going to help this cat.
I would call that animal abuse.

YOU SHOULD BE TURNED OVER TO THE HUMAN SOCIETY FOR CRUELITY!!!!!!!!!!!
No wonder she meows, you starved her, whipped her, cut her whiskers, and you expect her to stop meowing. The poor cat is being ABUSED.
If I knew where you lived, I'd have you charge with cruelityy to animals.

You need to take him to the VET NOW as a cat normally doesn't meow so much.

If you think it is a JOKE to post that you are starving your cat you are an IDIOT and you should be sold yourself.

You shouldn't be doing all that stuff to your cats, you know, no matter what they do!!!

Contact a vet about it. It could be because he is telling you there is something wrong with him. Or maybe he does that for either fun or he wants more food. My cat meows because he wants more food. Your's could be different.

Take her to the vet to see if anything is wrong. Also... I really hope you were joking when you said you whipped her, cut her.

Give her to someone who can give her a good home. You've no business having a cat.
