i have a cat that just won't shut up. i love him to death but it is a serious problem. He has everything he needs: food, attention, toys, interaction, comfort, etc. I don't know what he is so upset about. But he always goes down the hall and just beging meowing and will not stop. I've tried to chase him out of the hall when he does it and i've tried to make him go in his pet taxi when he acts up for long periods of time. I don't know what else to do. nothing has worked. he just keeps meowing, and quite loud.

any suggestions?????

We adpoted a cat that we think the old neighbors left behind ( my mom is supposed to ask the neighbors that use to live if it was theirs but i think she will yelled it at them instead) so we let the kitty sleep in the house. She usually sleeps on the bed with me. She prrs really loud, like one of my cats when they were younger) only she doesn't prrs at the some tone. She gots up real high and goes real low quickly. I don't know why she does that. Is it serious? If so anything I could do to help her? I am really worried please help. Don't say anything mean.

My cat recently started meowing at night. He's a house cat, fixed, well-fed, and gets lots of attention. During the day, he sleeps like a baby, making no noise whatsoever; but once the lights are out and the house is quiet, he begins his serenade. He doesn't do it continuously all night long, but sporadically (three or four times per evening)...for about five to ten seconds...and loud enough to wake me up. Just wondering if anyone has an idea what might be on his mind. Thanks

I've had my cat for 10 years and boyfriend for 10 months. I love both.

My boyfriend can't stop sneezing when he's with me even if I meet him at his house.

Do I give up my cat or find another boyfriend?

whenever I want to hold her she pushes me away or doesn't want to be stroked. She is very stubborn. She jumps on countertops and tables when she knows I don't like that yet she still does it. I've used the spray bottle but it doesn't work. She's like a disobedient teenager! I hope this phase will end. What can I do?

First thing, I don't want answers from people who don't like cats, it is not helpful to me in any way.

So, we have a kitten whos about 8 weeks old, and he will not stop crying and meowing for attention at all hours of the night. My b/f works a very early shift and it is getting extremely hard to repeat this night after night. We give him all the attention in the world during the day since we are home all day between the 2 of us and his food water and potty are all accessable to him. I just need a good way to try and train him not to do this it's getting frustrating...since telling him no and putting him in his bed does not work(this is our routine about 15 times a night) Thank you in Advance.

I know I should take her to the vet, but anyone have any idea what they think could be wrong with her? I know she's not feeling well (in addition to the obvious) because she's particularly clingy -- wants to be held and sit on my lap a lot. Poor little thing - any ideas?

Hi,

I'm a male, 22 yrs old. Lives alone in an apartment on the
10th storey.
Im kind but lazy. BIG NO to animal abuse. Very quiet, likes a quiet companion.

I work from seven to seven, seven to one on saturdays.

Reason I wanted to get a cat:
- Company
- Discipline myself in taking care of something/ someone
- To distract myself from gaming too much.

Only time I will take him outside is on sundays. I can play with him but I cannot promise that on workingdays.

I wanted to get a dog but I wont be able to take care of him so I need something with less attention (cat)

I promise to feed him everyday, play when i got the time, and take him out on sundays.

I would be getting a gold/orange cat with a stern/fierce facial like a lion. His name will be Lee.

Do you guys think I should get one? If yes, please advise/tips me on taking care one.

Honest answer please. I dnt wanna fail the cat.

Thanks.

Despite knowing the inevitable liability, we recently adopted a cat here in China and grown so attached to him we are thinking of taking him back to the UK in the future. Has anyone done this? Or know of the best way to do it?
We've looked at the DEFRA rules re: microchipping and quaratine, but we want to avoid quarantine. Any help massively appreciated.
