GET YOUR CAT TO THE VET!!
Small animals such as cats become extremely de-hydrated if they're ill, if this has gone on for 2 days then you need to get her to vet NOW.

Diarrhea in a cat is very bad and dangerous, the fact that she's vomiting makes it a lot worse too. Bring your cat to the vet as soon as you can. She could have some sort of infection.

Your cat may have cancer and be in a lot of pain right now, or she could have a simple virus or some type of bacterial infection. You need to take her to the vet immediately. When you take her, also take along some of her stool samples. The vet can tell alot from thier poop.

Vomiting and diarrhoea...
can be many many things.. but most will revolve around gastrointestinal probs.
1) worms (tapeworms, roundworms)
2) Giardia
3) toxoplasma gondii
4) Bacterial infections ( Ecoli, salmonella)
5) pancreatitis
6) Renal Failure (highly unlikely)
First, think back, wat has ur little precious eaten.. has it been out pass its curfew? cats like to eat other creatures big and small. most may carry parasitic burdens.. which gets transmitted to cats..
With diarrhoea and vomiting, ur precious will lose condition quickly, with rapidly developing dehydration with is quite lethal in hot weather..so it will first require fluid therapy...u can do it by urself but it is hard to assess the correct amt to rehydrate and most important of all the reestablishment of electrolyte balances...so like wat others say.. the VET is the go...
although it may seem like it is all under ur control, dun take any chances.. its ur precious little cat....
check ur worming history...
i cant stress more abt anti parasitic prophylaxis...
most animals will have worms and ecto parasites.. but it is the dose that make the poison.. so keep it under control..
if u insist on keeping it at hm, check its hydration status... easily done by pinching the skin on the neck .. if it springs back quickly, it is normal.. however, if it doesnt and feels tacky and takes some time to spring back.. ur kitty is dehydrated..abt 6-8%... it only takes dehyrdration of 15 % to kill ur cat.. so 6-8% should be monitored and rectified quickly.
force feed water using a syringe... 50mls at 1hr intervals and monitor skin fold test...
but bring it to a vet to be safe!!!
Good luck

I think you should take her to the vet immediately. I'm no cat expert, but she sounds pretty sick. The vet should be able to prescribe something for her. Good luck, I hope she gets better soon!

could she have eaten any plants? 99% of plants are poisonus to cats. also cleaning products with phenols in them are highly dangerous. this sounds like a long term poisoning affect. you must take her to the vet. have you starved her for the 24 hours? thats the first thing you should do is take away her food to clear her stomach. that can cure it in itself but always make sure you have fresh water for her, dont take that away.
