sometimes after meals. I have taken her to the vet and they say she is fine. Most of the time it is not hair, just almost like a yellow fluid. Any help?

So......
The other day, my cat and I were discussing hairballs and what not, then all of a sudden he brings up the subject of poop. I mean, we're having a perfectly good conversation, then why does he want to talk about poop? He seems obsessed with it to me. II tried to change the subject to something else that I knew he was interested in like squirrels and birds.

So anyway, he said something about this one squirrel who always laughs at him while he's sitting in front of the door. He said that if he could get out he'd kick that squirrel's..........well, THEN he goes right back to the poop subject.

He said he wanted to discuss the so-called "litter problem" we seem to have. We? I said, "You're the one with poops the size of a mountain lion", and he said, "Yeah, and you're the one who's supposed to scoop the poop". I said, "So, what's your point?", and he says, "You're slacking". Then he hissed at me.

I just adopted a female Kitten on Sunday. She was already spayed (surgery on 11/27/06). I noticed when I was looking at her belly (and gently petting it) that there is a small, hard, round mass under her stiches. When I got her, they told me to check her stiches every day to make sure that the incision did not open, but they never told me to check for a "hard mass." I just wanted to know if this is ok. Also, I hardly see her eating and she only pees about twice a day. Is this normal? She is a very sweet, playful, cuddly kitten and I am already in love with her! Thank you!

She also has an overactive thyroid which has been stable on treatment for some time. Otherwise she is well. Her eye sight is poor but has been for some time. Any help/ideas greatly appreciated.

Will I be needing a professional? I usually leave my room door open so the cats can come and go as they please.

She is 2-3 moths old, and healthy until now.
I can't take her to the vet, and I'm not sure what to do.
Any ideas?

She's 2 months old, and WILL NOT use the litter box. I have tried everything I've ever thought of, and even looked online. I don't want to have to get rid of her, but she relieves herself all over clothes, towels, and especially our bed! We've had to block off our bedroom entirely, and sleep on the couches, because she wouldn't stop relieving herself on our bed.

We just put up our window insulation kits (shrink wrap plastic) and the cats have already clawed it up (rendering it useless). I don't want to have to put it up over and over, and getting new windows (or getting rid of the cats) is not an option. The window sills are barely wide enough to put their paws on, so how they get 5 or 6 feet in the air, I have no idea.

Need creative ideas, spray bottles of water did not work, and we have small children, so can't use repellent sprays or other chemicals.

Thanks.

I adopted a 4 year old cat about 6months ago and shes really awesome but unfortunatly im not home enough to be a good pet parent. I go out of town alot and i dont think its fair for her to be home alone all the time. Is there a place i can take her so someone else can adopt her?

My kitten is about 10 months old, and at times he can be a big pain. He pulls things off walls, clothes off hangers and just about everything you can imagine. I'm worried that once the tree is up and all my very breakable rare ornaments are up that I will come home to a huge disaster. Any ideas or suggestions as to what keeps kitties out of christmas trees?

Hey guys. I wrote a question earlier asking what to do about my cat limping...that was before I checked on her today. Everyone told me to take her to the vet, and finally I gave in and called the vet. As I went outside to find her and get her in her carrier, we found her curled up next to our boat and pretty much fading fast. I'm totally heartbroken, and after calling the vet, he pretty much said chances are she was hit by a car. She passed away today at noon at home...the vet pretty much gave us the option. I'd love to have Rainbow Bridge to remember her. Thanks in advance and thanks for all the help with my question earlier, and the support with my question about pet-parent bashing.

My cat when she was a kitten peed and pooped on our bed. I thought I'd cleaned up all the stains but we just went to flip our mattress last night and there were still huge stains..... I'm thoroughly grossed out and want to know if there is any hope in getting that out of the mattress? Any ideas or suggestions? It looked clean when I cleaned it off but it left a large stain. We've decided to keep the cats out of our room for good, even though it happened several months ago.

I nibble on my cat's ears. Not hard, of course. And, they like it... I have done it since I can remember. Do any of y'all do that? LOL, You can be honest, I promise not to tell! ♥
