Will I be needing a professional? I usually leave my room door open so the cats can come and go as they please.

It depends how handy you are with a saw really. It's not a complicated job, cut a whole, attach the door. The thing you may have to be careful of is a lot of enternal doors are hollow which makes it a bit more tricky to fit the flap. If in doubt, seek the advice of an expert or at least someone you know whose good at DIY.

It shouldn't be too hard to do. All you will (probably) need is a saw-zaw, a drill, your cat door, and....i dont know. whatever else comes with your purchase? I have never installed a doggie door b4. Shouldnt b too hard tho.

ummm yeah because you just can't like make a hole in the door that's kinda weird and then it hard to get the door in because you maybe can't make the hole like "perfect"
