Ok, i usually do it at school after classes. I am really short on money, kinda broke actually. Another thing is i am too scared to take a jog outside in my area, it's a very dangerous area, someone almost got kidnapped awhile ago, so outside is a no-no for me. I am trying to avoid driving to places, gas is too expensive here, i can't afford it. What should i do in my house for the next 2 weeks? I have no exercising stuff, any ideas?

It doesn't matter how long it takes.
i just want it to be completely healthy with no pills or advertisments.

I need to lose weight to be healthier.
To this day, i have started doing.
50 crunches daily.
20 leg lifts on each leg daily.
lifting ten pound weights, about 50 times daily.
30 squats, 30 jumping jacks, and running in place for about 30 minutes throughout the day.
I do not drink any sodas, mostly unsweetened tea, juices, and water.
I cut out all red meats from my diet, and eat a lot of veggies, more than i eat fruit.
In continuing to do this how long will it take to lose the weight and what should i add.

I just had surgery on my lower back (double disc fusion) a couple weeks ago. I was told to make an appt. with a physical therapist to learn some exercises that I could do NOT for my back, but for the rest of my body -- that will not impact my back at all. The only PT that is covered by my insurance in the area where I live cannot see me until Jan 17th (I'm on a waiting list). I've had it with just walking back and forth slowly through my house. Anybody been through this or have any ideas? By the way, I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds, and I am not yet allowed to bend or twist. I just want to know what I can do besides pace.

anerxic is not just starving ur self-it's seeing ur self fatter than u are and i dont think normal weight. Everyone says im skinny-but i dont see it. I think im fat.Im 115 and somewhere between 5'8"& 5'9". Am i fat? Normal? Skiny? How can i see myself as others see me?? So am i anerixic or Am i right that im fat?

Hi. I'm an early teen, so I'll still gain some more weight. But do you think I'm underweight? I look healthy and everything. Im not bony or like a stick. Is it my bones that causes me to weight this little or my fat or what? I'm just wondering. Thanks!

I think I get enough sleep and I eat about six times a day, but still seem to get irritable and cranky at night time. I work about 10 hours/day and work out, plus I am studying for my engineering Master's, do I just have too much going on, or should I try meditation or something to that extent? Any advice would be appreciated.

I developed a blister recently from the shoe that I normally wear when going for a casual jog. The problem is mainly the tongue of the shoe. Should I buy different shoes or can i slightly shorten the tongue to eliminate this problem?

I'm 14yrs old at 5'9'' and weigh 66.8kg's. I sweat almost all the time even in a cold restaurant. I just start sweating for no reason at all and cannot stop and it starts dripping like mad. I try to keep myself fit and am quite healthy. Does anyone know any reasons for this?

I am a gymnast and my arms are muscluar but i dont think all of it is because at the bottem it is like softer like fat!
How do i get rid of it, please don't say exercise beacuse i do to much already, it made my arms big! And i am pretty stong.

hi my daughter is going to preschool and we're putting her on the gluten-free and casein free diet. I talked with her preschool and i need to come up with a meal plan for her for lunch. It is so hard to find foods that follow this diet and are simple to make. plus i want the ingredients available at the wal-mart in our town. I just need some meal suggestions that are simple to make and the ingredients are not hard to find. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

I am not going to say how much I weigh but it is definitely not more than 200 pounds. However I visited the doctor recently for some chest pains I have been receiveing and he said that my weight may be affecting me. I need to lose some weight and I need some advice. Please help me. idk whats wrong with me! i swim 4x a week, and i have for 2yrs now.

I swear, i eat....probably a little too much actualy...but my clotes keep getting BIGGER on me.

even the dress i'm wearing now. it fit perfectly last month. now i can grab alot of fabric from the side.

Weight gain, that`s what I need to stop. Easy to say… in the past few months I`ve tried five different diets, no result. Sure, a small weight loss, then back where it came from. I went to a dietitian, she gave me a diet to follow, everything went fine for a while, and while I was on the diet I started to regain weight. The doctor told me I wasn`t paying enough attention to portion sizes. What should I do? I`m starting to lose hope here.
