I know that my cereal bowls will hold about 1.5 cups, so assuming that is the size bowl you filled up you have about 240 calories in the cereal and probably about 60 calories in the milk, so I am going to guess at 300 cals.

Lowfat milk is about 80 calories for one cup depending on the brand you bought. I would guess that the milk has 60 calories in it so that is a very low calorie intake for breakfast.

3/4 Cup sounds reasonable. You probably had a total of 200 calories. Not a lot.
