I'm 14yrs old at 5'9'' and weigh 66.8kg's. I sweat almost all the time even in a cold restaurant. I just start sweating for no reason at all and cannot stop and it starts dripping like mad. I try to keep myself fit and am quite healthy. Does anyone know any reasons for this?

This condition is known as hyperhidrosis and is quite common.

Hyperhidrosis is the excessive sweating that occurs continuously, spontaneously or for no reason at all due to hyperactive sweat glands.

Nearly 3 million Americans suffer from Hyperhidrosis and the condition may be triggered by changing hormones, a hyperactive sweat gland system, stress or diet.

At your age, your best bet is to look towards natural remedies such as tannin tea solutions, prescription deodorants or changes in diet to control sweating.

You can find some great home remedies at the site listed below.

I know exactly what you're talking about! I have it, it's called hyperhidrosis and there is no cure, BUT there is a treatment. It's called Maxim, it's by Corad Healthcare (I've only seen it at this website and on ebay for the same price) and there's a 100% money-back garuntee but I've never had to use it before. You can order it at www.coradhealthcare.com, it might seem expensive at first (the website says it only lasts about 2-3 months but my first bottle lasted about 9 months) So its like $20 to get all your self-confidence back! I've been sweat puddle free for over 2 years!
good-luck, hope I helped!

It could merely be genetic; my brother sweats like that... There have been times when we have to pull the car over in the winter because he fogs up the windows on the passenger side and I cannot see... It's nothing to do with his diet or weight (he is generally fit other than that he drinks too much).
