What tips can you give about losing weight?
you are what you eat. a diet of fish, skinless poultry, lean read meat, lean pork, eggs, seafood, fruits and veggies is several magnitudes healthier than a diet high in low calorie man made diet foods. humans are designed to consume foods provided by mother nature and consume them in their NATURAL state. meals should be protein based and supplemented with complex carbs, fruits and veggies.
breakfast:
2-3 cooked egg whites
1 serving whole oatmeal
1 orange (or another whole fruit)
snack:
apple & peanut butter
lunch:
mixed green salad topped with skinless poultry/lean meat
snack:
beef jerky/mixed nuts/seeds
dinner:
fish
steamed veggies
mixed green salad

diet and exercise.
Choose healthy food choices like good proteins chicken, fish, eggs, and beef. choose good carbs like sweet potatoes but most of all green vegies and fruits. and believe it or not you need fat in your diet like oils like olive oil or flax seed oil.
Exercise regularly 5 to 6 times a week. You need to burn more cals than you consume, so lower your cals to 1500 cals a day and eat 5 small meals a day to keep up your metablism. Exercise should be 30 to 45 minutes of cardio, like a treadmill or stationary bike. Keep your heartrate up to 70% of it max around 150 to 160 beats a minute for the whole time, so intense pace.
The biggest secret is this: Do your cardio workout first thing in the morning before you eat. that way, assuming you sleep for 8 hours, the last meal would have been over 8 hours ago, and your stomach will be empty, meaning the cals you burn, will be fat cals and not the breakfat you just ate. so don't eat before you exercise and results will come.
