It doesn't matter how long it takes.
i just want it to be completely healthy with no pills or advertisments.

I need to lose weight to be healthier.
To this day, i have started doing.
50 crunches daily.
20 leg lifts on each leg daily.
lifting ten pound weights, about 50 times daily.
30 squats, 30 jumping jacks, and running in place for about 30 minutes throughout the day.
I do not drink any sodas, mostly unsweetened tea, juices, and water.
I cut out all red meats from my diet, and eat a lot of veggies, more than i eat fruit.
In continuing to do this how long will it take to lose the weight and what should i add.

continue doing what you're doing under the adcice of your physician but normally it takes 3 or months to get results....keep yourself preoccupied in the meanwhile, put others weight loss testimonial as encouragement. You'll get there : )

CALORIES IN AND CLORIES OUT
You can lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week. More than that is not healthy.
· It is important to maintain a good diet so you don't compromise your health. Damage done because of lack of nutrition is not worth a nice body. Some diet damage cannot be fixed.
·
· When you deprive your brain,(your brain craves sugar) the brain will take other body cells to convert to the elements that it needs. And the cells it takes are BRAIN cells. OOPS. I don't want to lose brain cells to have thin legs. But I would like to have both.

DECIDE TO MAKE A LIFE CHANGE TO A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE.

1) fruits and veggies, all you want, organic, raw, vine-ripe if possible. Steamed is OK, sautéed is OK even canned or frozen is OK, but lots of them.
2) limited or no meat.
3) nothing fried
4) no FAST FOOD- is junk, no nutrition, empty calories
5) NO PROCESSED FOOD. if you can't pronounce it don't eat it.
6) nothing white, salt, sugar, mayo, milk, (or at least in moderation.
7) NO DAIRY-dairy is great for baby cows, your body does not even digest it properly. check out www.notmilk.com
8) EXERCISE- and be sure to refresh your body with water and fresh fruit
9) NO PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. Muscle is made from water, replace the water. You get enough protein from the food you eat, You get more protein from spinach than the supplements you take and your body does not get toxic on food protein the way it will with supplements. Supplements can really tax you liver.
10) Good supplement would be Omega 3, and Juice Plus+

11) NO CARBONATED DRINKS, or at least limited. They actually dissolve the calcium in your bones.
12) Calories in calories out.

AND DON'T GO NUTS, MODERATION.

You should see if you can take an aerobics class at your local gym that will make burn alot of calories...also running in place doesn't do anything for you, to get the effect you have to go somewhere, and 50 lifts? there are alot of different kinds of weight lifting exercises which do different muscles in your body you can learn about these by just googling weight lifting exercises...Otherwise the rest of your workout and diet look good...Good luck losing weight 50 lbs will take a while but at first the weight should decrease rapidly if you are working out hard enough

You should lose about 2lb/wk if you can stick with your regimen. The more overweight you are, the faster you will lose in the beginning, the rate will slow as your ratio of fat decreases. To increase your energy, you need to start the day with exercise and you have to spend all of your energy by the end of every day. If you can do this for at least two weeks, you will get hooked on the feel-good chemicals that exercise produces, if you still have muscle pain by this time, you can get addicted to that too! Try to find something fun too, I workout, do yoga, and play volleyball during the winter and play baseball every night during the summer. I once lost 70 lbs in 18 months by walking 2 hrs morning and 2 hrs after work, plus baseball afterwards, cutting back to 1 hr morning and 1 hr evening during the dark days of winter.

Eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts and grains. Drink a lot of water...half of your weight in ounces daily (if you weigh 100 pounds, drink 50 ounces). Exercise at least 5 days a week. Try to not lose more than 1 pound a week.

Drink LOTS of water, eat fruits and veggies! And also drink milk! You shouldn't just stop eating completely, so eat food with LOTS of calories. And burn the bad ones by exercising everyday for at least an hour! Good luck! You can do it! =}

running helps a lot..
jogging out side n what not... (except its been so cold and rainy)
be careful with the juices you drink.
a lot of them contain so much sugar... i suggest sticking with water.. and tea is good.
you can try eating more fiber... it helps you go to the bathroom regularly.
and lots and lots and lots of water, really.
water before your meals make your tummy full so you wont eat as much.

but everything else you seem to be doing sounds good.
good luck with you!
