More dietary fiber slows sugar spikes, but exercise would burn the fat.

8/8 - eight ounces (an average/small glass) of water, eight times a day. Or, if you use a bottled water, drink 4 of those. Eat something dark and leafy, you'll feel good about it. And maybe a piece of wheat toast to soak it up.

What's done is done, you can't reverse it. Just pick up where you left off and take a nice brisk walk for starters.

**I just read your add on - baby, don't be obsessive. You sound a little compulsive there. You're a human being and a little sugar won't break you or turn you into a monster. RELAX. Cut yourself some slack.

You can't keep them from turning into fat, no way to target certain food...you can only watch what you eat so you don't add more calories to your day

Lower the caloric intake you have left for the day or excercise. Can't tell you how low to go cause we don't know what, how many and what the calorie content on what you ate already.

To extra exercise to keep the cookies and stuff from turning into fat because there is no "miracle sugar blocker." None that really works. There are frauds claiming to work but you just gotta avoid the bad stuff and do good stuff like exercise!!

It's not that simple. If you ate an acid, such as an orange, then you could "counteract" it with a base, such as milk, though your teeth and stomach might not appreciate it!

There's nothing that "counteracts" sugar, except exercise and eating less.

Of course, to avoid the problem, entirely,
just don't eat any processed sugars!

Swimming or hiking or basketball burns fat like no other games do. While you are at one of these sports, make it a point to drink water only when you go thirsty. Otherwise that water might prove harmful as well.

Too late to do anything about your cookies turning to fat. Try snacking on veggies throughout the day. You will feel so much better.

Uhm.. you can't eat anything that does that.
Exercise?
Also, people say that if you have a little bit of lemon juice after you eat, it helps the food digest or not turn into fat or whatever.
