100 situps for 100 days.

I haver no intention of doing 100 all at once, maybe do 20 at a time, or do 20 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon and 30 at night.

What would be a good strategy for 100 situps a day for 100 days?

I leave my house very early for school and i'm not hungry when i wake up so i just grab a poptart or nothing and drive to school. I'm looking for a healthier option for breakfast that can be eaten in my car once i get to school. thanks

I'll admit anorexia is bad, but what is the downfall to bulimia? Is it crazy to eat junk food periodically, and be bulimic every time?

My dad is 51 he isn't fat or anything but he isn't extremely fit either. He decided to join the oxfam marathon which is a 2 day, 100km hike through 2 mountain ranges.

The problem is the team he has joined up with is 3 fit 30 year olds who plan on jogging some of the way.
He seems to think it won't be hard but I'm worried that him being 51 and trying to keep up with 30 year olds will be very hard for him, the most exercise he does is walk around a lake once a week on a smooth pavement. This is mountain forest over a 100km long. Seeing as it's 2 days there won't be much sleep either.

I think he is going to try and push himself too hard to keep up with the others and end up hurting himself. What do you think I should do? Should I try and make him quit? Should I just let him do it?

Ok, I dont get why people. Mostly girls, are having fits over being abit chubby? Whats wrong with being liek that? If you dont like it. Exercise. Why do people stop eating? Dont they know how stupid that is. Being anerexcic is worse then being Fat. In my oppinion. I think girls these days are fussing to much about apperence and arnt caring enough about the stuff that really matters. If i see a person who says there fat whe nthey aint and know it. Im gna shuve 30 cakes in there mouth.

Hi, I started at 236 pounds on october 6, as of date, I am 198 pounds with out clothing. I'm 6'4 tall and my body fat % is 15.1 as of last monday. (it was 28% when I started) am i doing good? Im trying to get skinny enuff to get a 6 pack. Day 1- I work out my Entire Upper body (Shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, abs, and back) I do 4 sets of 15 reps each time increasing the weight by 5 pounds after each set. I only do one exercise per muscle.
Day 2- I work out my Lower Body so basically all legs and im still deciding whether or not i should work out my abs on this day as well?
And then it starts all over
My question is that if i do this routine; one day upper, one day lower, then start over if im going to overtrain myself and not see results( im trying to bulk up).
Another q: I heard that when you bench you should do the regular bench, the decline bench, and the incline bench cuz if you don't you get ****** up pecs. Is this true? Because im only doing the regular bench with this routine and not the other two.

Im 5ft8inches tall, 18 years old, female and 115lbs
I'm looking to gain 5lbs by the end of december.
Right now im eating 2300 calories give or take a few and i work out 5-6 times a week (cardio & weight training) more then 30 minutes in each session.

I'm hoping to lose some weight (not much, just 10 lbs), but I have a problem with low blood sugar. By the time I am able to get to food, I'm so hungry that I can't stop eating it.
