troll? to get rid of a six pack all you need to do is eat pizzas, 1 slice for every ab that you have so thats 6 slices a day for 6 weeks

defined abdominal muscles are a result of being physically fit and not having excess fat in the abdominal area. You really cannot get rid of them unless you allow your body to deteriorate to a very unhealthy state. The only other thing you can do is gain a layer of fat over the area which hides them. I am not sure why you would want to rid yourself of something which looks attractive and indicates you are in good physical condition. Nothing is more attractive and sexy looking than a fit, toned body.

Wanna trade bodies? No but seriously, do you work out or anything? Just dont work out your stomach muscles at all. And you prob eat slimming foods, so maybe loosen up the diet although you may gain wait in other places...So basically just dont tone your stomach at all.

Unfortunately, some people are just born with those character traits. Like for one thing, I know these guys in track who look like they work out every day, but they say they only do the bare minimum. (When I say that, I mean it! They don't workout like at all and they work-out with the seniors!)
If you don't work out, some people just have it in their genes to have a naturally toned body.
But as for my recommendation, I would say if you work out, to try to cut that down, and to eat more fatty foods (When I say that, I mean like naturally fat foods! Like instead of chicken, eat red meat because it has more fat. Not Junk food!) But ask someone who knows you better. Like your doctor. He should be able to tell you a good "diet" to get on or refer you to a good dietitian.

You know what's funny, when I was younger, I hated being too skinny, but then I found out the girls that I wanted to look like, wanted to look like me. Just accept that you are blessed with more muscle tone that many others will strive for come 10 years. If you don't like it, don't wear clothes that shows off your abs. You shouldn't be showing your abs anyway, if you are in highschool or below.

What you'll want to do is if you exercise regularly you'll want to cut down on your ab work outs. If you don't exercise regularly it shouldn't develop much more.
