Organic foods that are grown without hormones and not processed or preserved. Fresh home grown food. Also, you're supposed to eat 6 times a day, a variety of foods. Stay hydrated and don't drink carbonated beverages or artificially sweetened foods and drinks.

No processed foods (junk from burger places or from the freezer section), natural, whole foods. Example; fresh veggies from the produce section, or better yet, from an organic farmer. Good fresh fish broiled with nothing on it. Chicken, broiled with spices.

Water, not sodas or energy drinks.
