Hi, I started at 236 pounds on october 6, as of date, I am 198 pounds with out clothing. I'm 6'4 tall and my body fat % is 15.1 as of last monday. (it was 28% when I started) am i doing good? Im trying to get skinny enuff to get a 6 pack. I do weight lifting 4 tiomes a week and cardio everyday(usaly 30 mins of moderate to intense cardio) including uphill walking at an incline level of 10 at 4.0 mph. please let me know how i am doing and what i need to change.
