I would say, if anything, you're losing too fast! That's a pretty big change.

Remember though, 'seeing' a 6-pack is a function of body fat, not weight. You want to lose fat, not weight.

Also, the models and actors you see on TV with 6-packs happen to have very good genetics (that the rest of us DON'T have). Some people (like me) would have to be almost starving to death to have a real 6-pack.

Try to be healthy and fit and learn to love the body you have.

sounds like you are doing an amazing job at training yourself! congrats for dropping your body fat from 28 to 15!!!! that's tremendous! let me just tell you that the thinner you get the harder it is to lose the last bit of fat you want. this is because there is a certain level of fat that your body is most comfortable with having and when you reach that level you may start noticing that your weight and body fat % decrease will start to slow or even come to a screeching halt. this is called a plateau and to bust out of it you just have to switch up your variables. add more weight (if you haven't already) do different kinds of cardio or add 5-10min jumproping on top of your other cardio, which is super high intensity and will help boost your fat burning potential incredibly. just becareful if you ever decide to stop using hydroxycut. it may result in gaining some weight back on. as long as you keep yourself on a healthy, balanced nutrition plan it shouldn't be too big of a problem though. good luck! :)

eat less, don't take pills!
keep up the exercise but don't do too much or you'll just stop. Do everything in moderation.
