Judging from your Royal Rumble poster your interest is in building mass.
Doing 100 sit-ups a day is great but why? Trunk Flexion (or as it is called normally, the sit-up), is great way to strengthen the abdominals but you have four different muscles involved in abdominals. Rectus Abdominal (a.k.a. Six Pack), Internal and External Obliques (a.k.a. Love Handles) and Transverse abdominals (the stuff that stabilizes your body and holds the guts in place) Sit-ups only work the Rectus abdominal group with minimal assistance from the Obliques. If you want stronger abs your going to have to do more than just 100 sit-ups. Check out this link below for additional ab exercises.
One last point. Doing any exercise excessively can cause trauma to supporting muscles, lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and the abs themselves. I do not recommend you attempt this regimen.

Unless you combine situps with other exercises and some aerobics, all you will get is stronger upper abs.
.First, do some walking, running, swimming, dancing, or cycling.
To tone entire abdomen, must also do obliques, and crunches.

100 situps is a pointless goal. Why don't you find a goal that has some inherent logic and healthy reasoning behind it????

A workout plan without a goal in mind is doomed to fail. What are your specific fitness goals?

If that's all of your workout plan it's not even close to being enough. you didn't say what you're trying to accomplish. Six pack abs, loose weight, gain size,,,,what. give me something else to go on.
