I have a thing for pink and red salmoln. I often eat a can of 420g pink salmoln every day. Is this excessive? Could there be any health risks/undesireable consequences to eating that much salmon? And if so what?

I mean think about it. That works out at 3 kilo's (6.6 pounds) of salmon a week. Is that too much or ok? Are certain brands more at risk than others? I mainly like to eat the brand name that sounds like it belongs to a member of the royal family (naming no names). Is that a particularly good brand?

If this is ok, how much is too much?

Ok, so it's about 12:00 noon. So far today I have eaten one whole grain wheat bagel, cocoa puffs, and a can of mandarin oranges. Is that too much for a thirteen year old girl to eat by 12:00 noon? And what should I eat for dinner in order to keep my daily calorie intake under 1600 calories? Please tell me, i need to know!

I was thinking last night, do you think most people, the majority of the public just dont think about what they eat? all the people on here obviously do, as i do, but i see lots of people every day eating such CRAP that i wonder why some people are aware of healthy eating, and some people seem to ignore it, or are oblivious. for example, i was buying a bottle of water yesterday in the cafeteria at college and two overweight girls in front of me were buying cookies and huge slices of pizza for lunch, washing it down with regular coke. why would they do that when they look horrible being big?

What are some good moves to help 'cut' my lower abs? I know that most leg lift moves do, and adding weight helps. Any other ideas?

I did the Gray method to predict my height by entering both my parents' heights (they take the average and add a couple of inches, My father is 166, and my mother is 163) and the method predicted that i must be 173 cm when i'm an adult, which is two years from now. Do you think it is possible to grow 10 cm in 2 or 1.5 years? did it happen to any of you?? Please Help!

i'm 5'2" and used to weigh about 105 lbs. that looked ideal on my small body frame. i've been working out for almost a month because i noticed i had started to gain weight and wanted to keep it off. but i ended up getting to 110 lbs! i use the treadmill for 30 mins (incline of 4 and speed of 5.2) and an elliptical cross-trainer for 10 mins (at the lowest resistance level). i also do lateral pull-downs (4 lbs) and push-ups (no weights). why have my thighs gotten bigger?! i don't restrict my eating, but i tend to make at least one meal a salad.

so i'm wondering why i can't lose the few pounds i want; i know it seems like i'm at my ideal weight, but the flabby tummy, big thighs and double chin is NOT suiting me! :)

i'd appreciate advice on how i can use the machines to my advantage to get back to 105 lbs.

thanks in advance!
