Thanks in advance.

Dehydration and/or a potassium deficiency. Eat bananas and drink lots of water and see how that does.

Actually yes, you might have a zinc deficiency. Or dehydrated , or your muscles could be overworked and trying to get back in shape. These are the most common reason for cramps. However if if is serious , you might want to see a Doctor. Send me an email if you have other questions

Low in Potassium, eat a banana a day for awhile until you start feeling better and also drink lots of water. Dehydration can cause cramps too.

Dehydration maybe one factor. After using your muscles, you build up lactic acid. After a workout, you need to cool down to help dissipate the lactic acid. Bananas help replace the potaasium you have lost. Drink plenty of water. Sports drinks also help but don't over-do it.

Could be lack of water, do you drink about 8 glasses per day? Are you drinking too much caffeine?

It could be a deficiency too, though I cannot remember which one, sorry.

Cramps can be caused by cold or overexertion, or a lack or something in your diet.
