Try to spread it out more, like have those 3 things by 2:00pm, that way its closer to dinner when you can eat a good meal. Are you working out too ? Try to factor that in as well, since your be killing calories with your work out you can maybe fit some more health food in through out the day.

You should be eating some protein in your meals. In the morning why don't you make an egg (my 13 year old niece makes eggs) if you don't know how to on the pan you can also make eggs in the microwave. Take a couple of eggs and break them open in a microwave safe bowl and scramble them then heat it up in the microwave for about 1 and a half and BAM you have scrambled eggs. Add some cheese on top and maybe a sausage or half of your bagel with light cream cheese. Cocoa puffs just have nothing but SUGAR in it so i would changed that up. For lunch you should have more then just a can of oranges you need to have something that is more filling like that your not to hungry during the rest of the day and it wont cause you to snack on crap or binge eat for dinner. Have tuna, or a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes or whatever fixings you like with baked chips. remember whole grain bread is a lot better then white. Take care of yourself hon!

No, that's absolutely fine. Eat whatever you want for dinner - at your age losing weight would be bad because you're still growing and so need the energy. If you don't like your appearance, don't forget that at your age you still have some "puppy fat" that will go as you grow.
Also, I'm glad to see that you're eaten sensibly, getting in some whole grain and fruit. Please, don't worry about what you eat at your age it doesn't matter much and you NEED energy for growing on top of what adults need it for.
Please eat sensibly and do not start counting calories (it's a good way to get obsessed at a dangerous level with food), skipping meals (it slows you metabolism, meaning that you'll put on weight, that's why those who skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight than those who don't) or cutting food groups out of your diet (that too is dangerous).

i'm 25 and 116 lbs. I even have had: Oatmeal with raisins, blueberries and cinnamon a handful of uncooked almonds a black bean and tofu enchilada a million cup of nonfat yogurt with blueberries 2 cups of coffee, black, no sweetener 7-8 glasses of water i assume i'm attempting to drop pounds. i in my opinion do no longer fairly care what the dimensions says. I only desire to get in shape look a splash slimmer after a pair months of slacking off. magnificent now i'm at 22-23% physique fat and that i desire to get all the way down to 19-20% physique fat (no longer BMI- BMI is different). ideally, if i'd desire to lose 4-5 lbs of physique fat i'd be happy. i in my opinion do no longer care if I nevertheless weigh relating to an identical element because of the fact I even have gained the load back in muscle.

so far all you have eaten is carbs, where's the protein?
regardless of the calories a high carb diet will eventually lead to weight gain, especially if you aren't getting high intensity exercise on almost a daily basis. there is a lot more to being healthy and maintaining the weight then cals in vs. cals out

You should only eat the bagel or the cereal. You need to add some lean protein in each meal.
